About the Author

Nina Segal was for nine years the Assistant Dean and Director of Career Services at Columbia's School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA).

She has consulted for the Ford Foundation and UNDP and served as Manager of Cross Cultural Services at Windham International in New York.

She lives in Bronxville, New York. Eric Kocher served for twenty-two years with the Foreign Service and was subsequently Dean of Career Education at SIPA.

He authored the first edition of International Jobs in 1978.
