About the Author

Hildy Richelson is a nationally recognized bond adviser and financial author. President of The Scarsdale Investment Group, Ltd., she has co-authored several books and has been quoted as a bond expert in such publications as the Wall Street Journal and Money magazine.

Stan Richelson is a financial planner, business adviser, and personal attorney with specialty expertise in taxation.

He is co-author of three books and has appeared with his wife on a variety of radio financial talk shows.
