This book is an absolute masterpiece...and I mean just that! Mr. Lucier has truly outdone himself, and I'm more than pleased with the information he has presented.

Being a contractor and avid student of the real estate investing game I can honestly tell you, with my chin up; that this book is a must read for all "Real Estate Investors".

I mean that...it's that da_n good!

Now Here's the kicker...I sent a question to Mr. Lucier (he allows purchasers to do this) and he answered me in less than an hour.

Very impressive! Where do you get this kind of service...where?

He has all the information you need to get going. Nothing is missing...and if it was missing, even that's solved. Why? Because he answers your e-mail questions, after you become a customer, and this completely ensures that you understand everything 100%.

There it is...the "UNADULTERATED TRUTH".

This book is woefully under priced, and truthfully...someone oughta kick you in the seat of your pants - HARD...REAL HARD!!!
