Many of Cramer's friends, posting favorable reviews of this book, are giving you a very misleading opinion of him. His views of the market today, as always, are completely wrong.

Some here say that Cramer called it right in March 2000.

If I were you, I would go to a search engine and pull up the article called, "The Winners of the New World," posted by Jim Cramer on 2/29/00 at TheStreet.com. Read the list of sure-fire winners in the New Economy world and try not to laugh: "724 Solutions (SVNX:Nasdaq - news), Ariba (ARBA:Nasdaq - news), Digital Island (ISLD:Nasdaq - news), Exodus (EXDS:Nasdaq - news), InfoSpace.com (INSP:Nasdaq - news), Inktomi (INKT:Nasdaq - news), Mercury Interactive (MERQ:Nasdaq - news), Sonera (SNRA:Nasdaq - news), VeriSign (VRSN:Nasdaq - news) and Veritas Software (VRTS:Nasdaq - news)." Go ahead, check out the charts on those stocks, I dare ya. Most don't even exist any more.

Read that article, see how completely and utterly clueless the man is. That article shows everything he learned in all his years at the hedgefund. Even when his book says something right, it's hard to embrace it because Cramer is so clueless.
