Rating: 4.0/5 Stars Rank: 438 (Folsom, CA) March 19, 2005 - 5.0/5 stars "Never Eat Alone" has encouraged new thinking for me. This book makes "closely held "C" level intelligence" (often reserved for those that have already made it to the top) yours for the taking. I got excited as I read and found myself taking notes on how I could put Ferrazzi's ideas to use. Soon I was making list after list of the poeple I'd negelected to maintain conncections with in the "RIGHT" way. "Never Eat Alone" has a quality difference from many other business, networking, sales, and or marketing books. Rather than "borrowing" key concepts from favorite authors such as Tom Peters, Mark McCormack, Malcolm Gladwell, Harvey Mackay and more...Mr. Ferrazzi expands on their best works and adds his own practical suggestions and experiences on how you can really get from A to B. I've begun incorporating the powerful values he teaches into my daily life. "Never Eat Alone" is a book you'll want to read more than once to capture the many great ideas and solid practical examples. It's not a workbook - but if you're smart you'll use it as one!
