The Interview Rehearsal Book
Deb Gottesman
Rating: 4.5/5 Stars
Rank: 5055
A helpful, informative, unique book (New Haven, CT) May 10, 2005 - 5.0/5 stars
I agree with other reviewers that The Interview Rehearsal Book offers a
different and potentially better approach to interviewing.
It gives
readers tools and ideas for how to make the most of an interview; it does
not force readers to memorize any long why-I-should-get-this-job answers
to questions.
In other words, it is broad in its approach, yet
personalized enough for jobseekers to identify and strengthen individual
areas of concern.
I also liked the tone of the book--it is
reassuring and calm, surely what is necessary when one is preparing for an
important interview and already jittery.
I read this book while performing
research for my own all-in-one book on how to land a great position.
