As a Realtor/investor, I have read numerous books on Pre-Foreclosures and Short Sales and have found nothing that compares to "The Pre-Foreclosure Property Investor's Kit".

I have been amazed with the depth of its content. I'll need to read it several times in order to absorb it all. This is a true meat and potatoes book.
