Most authors write a how-to book and only provide the basics. Thomas Lucier goes in-depth and tells you straight-up what you need to know, what you need to do, and who you need to talk to. He even goes into what you should say. If you're interested in real estate or just want to see how a real how-to book is written - read this book!
