The best book ever written on investing in pre foreclosures

I have been a full time real estate investor for many years now.
I have purchased hundreds of books and courses over the years.

I can say without hesitation that if you were only going to buy one book on investing in pre foreclosures, this is absolutely the best book out there to teach you how to do it. Simple and to the point, this book does not waste your time telling you a bunch of nonsense just to fill pages in the book.

Mr.. Lucier specially points out step by step what you need to do to be a successful real estate investor in the pre foreclosure market.

His ideas are proven and he has a track record of success to back up his strategies. You cannot go wrong buying this book.

It is the best book on the market period.
