Great book for the beginner investor

When I picked up this book I went from knowing very little about the pre-foreclosure market to having a base of knowledge to a begin a new career.

I have read a couple other books that give great advise, but Lucier's book is step by step how-to's that the beginner needs to know.

	This book is well organized and well organized. It also is written at a level that doesn't put you to sleep like some How-To books. Simple but comprehensive.
