It is so much more important to be in control of your personal trading experience that only traders that have lost ten's of thousands will appreciate it. Much like any skill game, Mr.Douglas lays it bare that you are your own worse enemy. Success will only come from deconstructing your trading success and losses and determining how to resolve recurring emotional events.

Great book.

After being involved with futures trading for 11 years and writing several books on the subject I find a book like Mr.Douglas's to be important in reminding me why I trade the way I do.
