What Color Is Your Parachute Workbook: How to Create a Picture of Your Ideal Job or Next Career
Richard Nelson Bolles
Rating: 4.0/5 Stars
Rank: 2467
The perennial classic! (Singapore) December 15, 2000 - 5.0/5 stars
Even though Mr Bolles may have written this book for the American audience,
I personally beleive the ideas, exercise and thoughts expressed are
applicable globally.
Even if you are not looking for a job or thinking of
a career change, it is a very useful book to have on your bookshelf.
It
should be part of your "first aid" kit in the event you lose
your job! The topics covered include how to "define" yourself,
salary negotiation skills, finding your mission in life and many more
interesting subjects.
The skills vocabulary is a useful tool in defining
what you can do! The table on relationships with others is another useful
tool.
