This is a book for anyone starting with a real estate agent Diploma in hand and wondering, "what next"?.

If u need a mentor that tells you where to go and what to look for, this is the book. Dirk Zeller, tells you THE TRUTH about your first year in real estate.

Most importantly, he defines clearly the basics you need to get to the top. Being a new agent myself, I understand the pain and frustrations you are going through.
