Incredible Book! Well worth your time & money

I would like to tell people that are not agents, that are interested in investing in real estate this is an incredible book.

I became a fan of Dirk's reading his weekly newsletter, and was anxious to get his book.

His advise is right on track, and I would recommend this to anyone interested in buying or selling real estate.
