"I just wanted to say Thank You! I am a 19 year old University student that is looking to make more out of life than having a 9-5 job until I die. I already had thought out the "use panelized construction" method, but I had never seen a true cost breakdown, nor thought to skip the GC!!!

Now not only do I know where the REAL money is to be made, but I have confidence that this is truly a viable plan... and not just something I "thought up".

I looked for all these "loopholes" here in Canada as well as home builders, and everything is the same in this country as well. You have given me the encouragement and confidence that I needed for the final push."
