Getting aid to Myanmar still a struggle

Ever since a massive cyclone swamped the nation of Myanmar last week, only a fraction of the displaced population has received aid.

International relief agencies are scrambling to figure out how to deal with the country's xenophobic rulers. John Dimsdale reports.
