How to find a Roth IRA that won't let you down

Thanks to the lousy stock market, your parents are probably making a few changes in their retirement plans. They're thinking about moving into a cave.

But if you're young, you can probably begin a retirement plan that doesn't involve living with bears. If you can, open a Roth IRA.
