NBC wants advertisers, not upfronts

NBC is breaking with the traditional way TV networks sell commercial time by introducing its schedule in one-on-one meetings with advertisers.

Experts say the move will give advertisers more influence in what the networks present to viewers. Lisa Napoli reports.
