Oil prices jump as dollar tumbles

Crude topped $139 a barrel at its high today after a Morgan Stanley analyst said he expects it to hit $150 by July 4.

Meanwhile, the dollar fell on news the E.U. central bank might hike interest rates. All that got speculators going.
