Six States Receive Grants to Monitor Stimulus Spending

Nonprofit coalitions in California, New York, Texas, Maryland, Wisconsin, and Mississippi will receive grants of up to $500,000 over two years to monitor federal stimulus spending and advocate for an equitable distribution of stimulus funds....
